The cottage directly by the sea has a living room with nice sitting area, very fast internet, flat screen TV with international channels and a desk. Besides a bedroom and bathroom there is also a terrace, garden with outdoor shower and separate toilet. All with a breathtaking all around sea view. Ideal for relaxing or working in all tranquility.
The accommodation
The cottage (72 m²) directly on the sea has a living room with nice sitting area, very fast internet (fiber optic connection), flat screen TV with international channels and a desk. Besides a bedroom and bathroom there is also a terrace, garden with outdoor shower and separate toilet. All with a breathtaking all-round sea view and the sound of the waves in the background. Ideal for relaxing or working in all tranquility. The open kitchen is equipped with electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen utensils. Right next to the kitchen is a dining table with chairs and in an alcove is the washing machine.
The house has a newly renovated bedroom with a king size 180×200 cm bed and spacious closet. The newly renovated bathroom next to the bedroom has a pampering shower, toilet and sink.
The living room has a large sliding door, from there a staircase leads down to the beautiful garden with large palm tree, under which you can read and relax. In the garden is an outdoor shower and separate toilet.
Inside and outside you have a panoramic view of the sea which lies directly under the garden.
Other important notes
A (rental) car is necessary, we recommend you to book directly at the airport after your arrival. You can park in the street in front of the door of the cottage for free, please make sure that you do not obstruct any neighbor.
We charge weekly cleaning costs of 50 Euro in addition to the rent. This 50 Euro cleaning fee (or more if you stay longer than one week) is to be paid in cash immediately upon check-in and is not (!) included in the Airbnb price. Please remember this before you drive to the cottage otherwise you will not be able to check in. Late check-in (after 11pm) is possible. However, this will cost an additional 30 euros. Also you can make a late check-out if there is no new booking on the same day, this also costs 30 euros. Please ask us in advance.
Please note that the southern airport (TFS) is at least one hour by car from the cottage. The cottage is at least half an hour by car from the north airport (TFN). Our on-site host will be waiting for you at the arrival time you specify. If you arrive unexpectedly later than half an hour, please call us as soon as possible. If you arrive unannounced more than an hour later than the specified arrival time, we will charge you 10 euros for each additional hour our hostess has to wait for you. The cottage is located in a remote location by the sea and a good realistic coordination of the expected arrival time is very important for our hostess and you so that there is no waiting time.
