Apartment on the 3rd floor, with elevator in La Quinta, in the north of Tenerife. Living room, kitchen, and balcony, communal pool with garden. Bedroom with a 180 × 200 large bed, desk corner, bathroom with bathtub. TV with Netflix, 500 Mbit fiber optic internet. Ideal for teleworking, coastal hikes, and getting to know the real Canary culture. In addition to the final price, weekly cleaning costs (60 €) must be paid and are not included in the final price.

The Accommodation

The apartment (40m²) features a living room with an adjoining kitchen and balcony. Very fast internet (fiber optic connection) and a flat-screen TV with international channels are available.
The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and other kitchen utensils. A seating area is integrated into the kitchen.
The balcony has a table and chairs so you can sit outside and eat with a view of the greenery.
The beautiful bedroom has a 180×200cm bed and a wardrobe with enough storage space. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, there is a room that can be used as a small office and is furnished with a desk and wardrobe.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and bathtub. There is a large communal pool with a garden and two outdoor showers. A lovely accommodation and ideal for relaxing or working in peace.
There are weekly cleaning costs of 60 €, which should be paid in cash to our hostess on-site.
Guest Access

The apartment is in a beautiful apartment building close to the sea in the village of La Quinta, which is part of the municipality of Santa Ursula. In La Quinta, there is plenty of greenery and beautiful paths for hiking and mountain biking, extending to the cliffs by the sea. La Quinta does not have a beach.

La Quinta has a small supermarket, a wine shop, and a
restaurant (Taller de Don Diego Álvarez), all within walking distance. There is also a nice spa with a warm indoor pool at the nearby Hotel La Quinta. Additionally, La Quinta Garden, a park with the beautiful flower statue “La Giganta” and outdoor fitness equipment, is a nice place to linger and exercise.

You can walk to the center of Santa Ursula, where there are shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. There are two bus stops within a 10-minute walk, where you can take the bus to Puerto de la Cruz or Santa Cruz. So, you don’t necessarily need a car, but it is practical to explore the island by car. The nearest beaches, Playa el Bollullo and Playa El Ancón, are only accessible by car or bus with a steep footpath to the beach. The settlement El Rincon is beautiful for hiking.

The larger beaches Playa Martianez or Playa Punta Brava are centrally located in Puerto de la Cruz and are easily reachable by bus or car.
The climate so close to the sea is mild year-round and pleasant even in winter. However, it can be cool at times, and we recommend guests bring warmer clothing during the winter months.
La Quinta is a beautiful central location in the midst of greenery, close to the sea, and offers the ultimate opportunity for relaxation and working.
Other Important Notes

1. A (rental) car is very practical but not necessary. You can take the express bus from the South Airport to the North Airport and from there take a bus or taxi to La Quinta. If you prefer a rental car, we recommend reserving one directly upon your arrival at the airport. There are free parking spaces on the street in front of the entrance.

2. In addition to the final price, weekly cleaning costs (60 €) must be paid, which are not included in the final price. Mandatory additional cleaning cost price table: –> for 1 to 9 nights 60 €. –> For 10 to 16 nights 120 €. –> For 17 to 23 nights 180 €. –> for 24 to 31 nights 240 €.

3. A late check-in (after 9 PM) is possible. However, this costs an additional 30 €. Please note that the South Airport (TFS) is at least an hour away from the holiday home by car. The holiday home is at least a half-hour drive from the North Airport (TFN).

4. Our hostess on-site will expect you at the time you specified for arrival. If you arrive unexpectedly later, please call us at least half an hour before the originally planned arrival time so we can inform our hostess in time.
If you arrive unannounced more than an hour later than the specified arrival time, we will charge you 10 € for each additional hour that our hostess has to wait for you. A realistic planning of the expected arrival time is very important to avoid long waiting times for you or our hostess.

A realistic estimate of the expected arrival time is important so that our hostess does not have to wait long for you.
