Trinimat Holiday Apartment Tenerife South by the Sea, El Médano No. 1, Living room with sea view and seating area, large flat-screen TV, desk and 300 Mbit fiber optic internet, ideal for remote work, bedroom with a 180 × 200 bed, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and washing machine, 2 minutes to the sandy beach. Weekly cleaning costs (60 €) must be paid additionally to the final price and are not included in the final price.

The Accommodation The holiday apartment directly by the sea in El Médano features a living room with a nice seating area, very fast internet (fiber optic connection), flat-screen TV with international channels and a desk. There is also a bedroom and bathroom. Ideal for relaxing or working in peace and quiet – with wind and wave sounds in the background.

The kitchen is well-equipped and has all necessary kitchen utensils as well as a washing machine. El Médano is known for windsurfing, surfing and water sports – all right on your doorstep. Cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are within a few minutes’ walk. A car is not necessary.

The bedroom features a king-size bed (180×200 cm) and the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

A rental car is not necessary. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops are all within walking distance.
In addition to the final price, weekly cleaning costs (60 €) must be paid; these are not included in the final price. Mandatory additional cleaning costs price table: –> from 1 to 7 nights 60 €. –> From 8 to 14 nights 120 €. –> From 15 to 21 nights 180 €. –> from 22 to 30 nights 240 €.
The holiday apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the arrival day. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at the latest 1–2 days before arrival. If arrival is after 8 p.m., this must be agreed in advance. Our host will expect you at the arrival time you have specified. If you arrive unexpectedly later, please call us at least half an hour before so that we can inform our host in time.

If you arrive unannounced more than one hour later than the specified arrival time, we will charge you 10 euros for each additional hour that our host has to wait for you.

Late check-in (after 9 p.m.) is possible. However, this costs an additional 30 euros and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that the southern airport (TFS) is at least one hour away by car from the holiday apartment. From the northern airport (TFN), the holiday apartment is at least half an hour away.
